It was so wonderful to be able to rely on My Barn Help to help us find just the right person to care for our horses. It meant a lot. We will definitely be using this service again in the future and recommending this great company. Thank you My Barn Help!Nichole Plahy, Dripping Springs, TX
I used MyBarnHelp recently when we were trying to find a new barn manager. The process was initially very overwhelming because I really had no idea where to look. I tried posting in some of the local Facebook Equestrian groups but did not have any luck. When I found MyBarnHelp a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. Alexis took over the process of finding us a barn manager and within a week she had several resumes for excellent candidates. After a few interviews we had a new manager within the month! I really can’t say enough good things about Tracy and Alexis and their company. This is such a valuable service for all Equestrians and it cuts down so much on searching, that most of us don’t have time for! I highly recommend MyBarnHelp and will definitely use them again in the future.Natalie Cook, Austin TX
I own my 'dream ranch' here in Dripping Springs, Texas. There are 7 horses boarding here and have three of my own, two of which I am showing and taking up the levels of dressage. I am single and manage the place on my own. Of all the challenges of running a barn, I have found labor is the most challenging. I have the facility to house a rancher on site in exchange for the feeding and cleaning of the horses. When the rancher is good and enjoys the work, life is wonderful. When there is no rancher, the weight of the 'dream' lands squarely on your shoulders. Holidays can be spent alone cleaning stalls, vacations missed etc.
Recently, the rancher I had working for me told me he and his wife were planning to leave in one week. This was just head of a show I had signed up for and paid for. All the work in preparation for the show and money spent would have gone down the drain. I thought of Alexis and Tracey and reached out immediately in a panic. They forwarded three names of people who could offer temporary help. Two worked out perfectly. All of them were experienced with horses, could work with the equipment required to include a tractor and manure spreader. With just a day or so instruction, I could leave for the show with the peace of mind that all would be well. When I came back from the show, all of the horses were well, and more importantly, the boarders were impressed with the folks from My Barn Help.
This service is a godsend! I know that if I need barn help on the fly, canceling great plans need not be the only option!Elise Wood, Dripping Springs TX
